Use minimal amounts of Meat and choose Vegan ALOT of the time.
Substitute ingredients to create allergen-free delicious food without losing any flavour.
Encourage Conscious & sustainable living.
Support local business' and farms.
Aim to reduce our waste & environmental impact where possible.
Make really awesome fresh food!
WE DONT:
Have microwaves.
Add Gluten, Refined Sugars Or Dairy.
Add MSG or any other nasties to our food.
Encourage Mass production, Over-crowded farms, Live Export or Grain Fed Meat.
